Setting Up TradingView Alerts

TradingView alerts let you get notified the moment a SignalViper signal triggers, even when you're away from your charts.

Creating an Alert

  1. Right-click on any SignalViper indicator on your chart
  2. Select "Add Alert on [Indicator Name]"
  3. Choose your alert condition from the dropdown
  4. Set your notification preferences
  5. Click "Create"

Available Alert Conditions

Each SignalViper indicator has multiple alert conditions:

  • Rush - Momentum cross, chop/clear state change
  • Strike - Buy signal, sell signal, cloud flip
  • Snap - Bullish divergence, bearish divergence
  • Coil - State change (chop to clear, etc.)
  • Venom - Pressure cross, strong buying/selling, divergence
  • Fangs - New bullish/bearish zone detected
  • Pulse - High probability signal, MTF alignment

Alert Frequency Options

  • Once Per Bar - Alert triggers maximum once per candle
  • Once Per Bar Close - Only triggers on confirmed candle close
  • Every Time - Triggers on every tick that meets condition

Notification Options

  • Show popup in TradingView
  • Play sound
  • Send email
  • Send to TradingView mobile app
  • Send webhook (for automation)

TradingView Alert Limits

Alert limits depend on your TradingView plan:

  • Free: 1 active alert
  • Essential: 20 active alerts
  • Plus: 100 active alerts
  • Premium: 400 active alerts
