Years in the trading industry taught me what retail traders actually need—and what they're not getting.

BACKGROUND

I've spent years deep in the trading industry—building indicators, writing software, and developing tools for companies like MicroQuant and Become a Better Trader. I also built WealthCharts from the ground up—a full-featured online trading platform, not just indicators.

I've written code for Bloomberg Terminals, NinjaTrader, TradeStation, TradingView, MetaTrader 4 & 5, and many more. I've built the indicators and the platforms. I've seen what works, what doesn't, and what retail traders are actually missing.

Most tools out there are either way too complicated or way too simple. The complicated ones cost a fortune and require a finance degree to understand. The simple ones are basically just noise—hype without substance.

And don't get me started on the "trading gurus" selling their proprietary indicators for hundreds or thousands of dollars. I've seen what's under the hood. It's usually 3 lines of code and a couple moving averages with a fancy name slapped on it. That's not innovation—that's marketing.
