1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using SignalViper ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this Service.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

SignalViper provides technical analysis indicators for use on the TradingView platform. Our indicators are tools designed to assist in trading decisions but do not constitute financial advice.

3. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise specified
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Prices are subject to change with notice to subscribers
  • Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Not share or resell access to the indicators
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer our indicators
  • Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All indicators, algorithms, designs, and content provided by SignalViper are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the indicators for personal trading purposes only.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM USING OUR INDICATORS. PAST PERFORMANCE IS NOT INDICATIVE OF FUTURE RESULTS.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

SignalViper shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to trading losses.

8. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
